Responsibility
- Design, develop, and implement high-quality software features for semiconductor test handling solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate customer requirements into technical specifications
- Optimize software performance and ensure scalability for large-scale industrial applications
- Write clean, maintainable code following best practices and coding standards
- Conduct thorough code reviews and mentor junior engineers to elevate team capabilities
- Troubleshoot complex software issues and implement effective solutions
- Participate in agile development processes including sprint planning and daily stand-ups
- Stay current with emerging technologies and evaluate their potential application to our products
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with at least 2 years in a senior role
- Proficient in C++, C#, or Java with experience in object-oriented design
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban)
- Experience with embedded systems or industrial automation software is a plus
- Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes or test equipment is advantageous
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
