Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise-grade software applications using modern frameworks and best practices.
- Lead code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality, performant, and secure solutions.
- Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and stakeholders to define technical requirements and deliver user-centric features.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability through continuous monitoring and improvements.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing and technical documentation.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment, testing, and integration processes.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the team.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production and development environments.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on enterprise applications.
- Proficiency in Java, Python, C#, or Node.js and modern frameworks (e.g., Spring, Django, .NET Core, Express).
- Strong expertise in database design (SQL/NoSQL) and optimization (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and event-driven systems.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
