Responsibility
- Design, implement, and maintain efficient database systems to support business operations.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security through regular audits and backups.
- Develop and generate reports to provide insights for decision-making and operational improvements.
- Collaborate with IT and operational teams to optimize data workflows and troubleshoot issues.
- Organize and manage digital documents, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance with company policies.
- Monitor database performance and implement optimizations to enhance efficiency.
- Assist in the migration and integration of data across systems as needed.
- Provide training and support to staff on database usage and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in database management, data analysis, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL, database design, and data modeling (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Microsoft SQL Server).
- Experience with data reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Excel) is a plus.
