Responsibility
- Analyze and document business requirements for demand and supply management processes, translating them into functional and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and digital transformation within the supply chain.
- Design, implement, and support IT solutions that enhance demand forecasting, inventory management, and logistics operations.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure the successful delivery of IT projects, from conception to deployment.
- Conduct system testing, validation, and user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet business needs and quality standards.
- Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring smooth adoption of new systems and processes.
- Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying areas for optimization and continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions that drive competitive advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst, preferably in supply chain, logistics, or demand management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs into technical solutions.
- Proficiency in business process modeling, requirements gathering, and documentation.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and supply chain management tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management frameworks.
- Certifications in business analysis (e.g., CBAP) or supply chain management are advantageous.
