Responsibility
- Develop and execute data-driven social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Create, curate, and manage high-quality, on-brand content, including graphics, videos, and copy, tailored to target audiences.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs and performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, ROI) to refine strategies and report insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to align social media campaigns with broader business goals.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to keep our brand at the forefront of digital innovation.
- Manage community engagement, respond to inquiries, and foster a positive brand image through authentic interactions.
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns, including budget allocation, A/B testing, and performance optimization.
- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices in social media management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in social media management, with a proven track record of growing engagement and followers.
- Proficiency in social media tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, or similar platforms.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; Indonesian language is a plus.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop original content ideas and adapt to brand voice guidelines.
- Experience with paid advertising (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.) and budget management.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced, remote/hybrid environment.
