Responsibility
- Develop SEO-optimized copy for websites, blogs, and digital ads in both English and Mandarin.
- Create engaging content for social media platforms, email campaigns, and marketing collateral.
- Collaborate with designers, marketers, and stakeholders to align copy with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Adapt tone and style for different audiences, ensuring cultural relevance and linguistic accuracy.
- Proofread and edit content to maintain consistency, clarity, and grammatical precision.
- Research industry trends and competitor messaging to inform content strategy.
- Write scripts for video and audio content, including explainer videos and podcasts.
- Track performance metrics (e.g., CTR, engagement) and refine copy based on data insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (written and verbal) with a strong command of grammar, syntax, and idiomatic expressions.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in copywriting, content creation, or a similar role.
- Portfolio showcasing diverse writing samples (e.g., ads, blogs, social media, technical content).
- Proficiency in SEO best practices and keyword integration.
- Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Strong research skills and the ability to quickly grasp complex topics.
