Responsibility
- Lead the entire product lifecycle of medical devices, from conceptualization to market launch.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulatory requirements for medical devices.
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with R&D, engineering, and clinical teams to refine product designs and functionalities.
- Oversee clinical education programs to train healthcare professionals on product usage and benefits.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers and regulatory bodies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical device product development or management.
- Strong knowledge of medical device regulations (e.g., FDA, CE, Indonesian regulatory standards).
- Proven track record in successfully launching medical products in the market.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is highly desirable.
