Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain custom solutions using SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI to automate business processes and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for low-code/no-code solutions.
- Optimize and troubleshoot existing SharePoint and Power Platform solutions to ensure scalability, security, and performance.
- Integrate SharePoint Online and Power Platform with other Microsoft 365 services (e.g., Teams, Azure, Dynamics 365) and third-party applications.
- Develop and maintain documentation for solutions, including user guides, technical specifications, and best practices.
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure adoption and effective use of implemented solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Power Platform to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with Emersonâs security and governance policies for all developed solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing solutions with SharePoint Online and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Proven experience in business process automation and digital transformation projects.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and PowerShell for administration and automation.
- Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and JavaScript for custom integrations and enhancements.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
