Responsibility
- Conduct regular, systematic patrols of the hotel premises to ensure safety and security protocols are strictly observed.
- Monitor CCTV systems and security command centers to identify potential risks or unauthorized access.
- Act as the primary point of contact for emergency response, including fire safety, medical emergencies, and evacuations.
- Enforce hotel security policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and local regulatory requirements.
- Prepare detailed incident reports, shift logs, and security briefings for the management team.
- Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
- Provide exceptional service to guests by assisting with security-related inquiries and maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Supervise junior security staff and provide on-the-job training to maintain team standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in security operations, preferably within the hospitality or luxury hotel sector.
- Valid PLRD security license is mandatory.
- Possession of Advanced Certificate in Security Supervision (ACSS) or equivalent is highly preferred.
- Strong command of English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure or during emergency situations.
- Physically fit to perform shift work and extensive walking patrols.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills for report writing and security software.
- Working knowledge of fire safety and first aid procedures.
