Responsibility
- Lead the development and implementation of enterprise-wide security strategies and architectures.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify and mitigate potential threats.
- Design and oversee the deployment of security solutions, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption protocols.
- Collaborate with IT and development teams to integrate security best practices into all phases of the software development lifecycle.
- Monitor and respond to security incidents, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on business operations.
- Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior security team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA) are highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on enterprise security architecture and risk management.
- Proven expertise in designing and implementing security solutions, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, and endpoint protection.
- Strong understanding of compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, and GDPR.
- Experience with security incident response, threat hunting, and forensic analysis.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and act decisively.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience working in a global or remote team environment is a plus.
