Responsibility
- Design and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions with a focus on Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional specifications.
- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 SCM modules, including Procurement, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, and Transportation Management.
- Lead system integration efforts, ensuring seamless connectivity between Dynamics 365 and other enterprise systems.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices for SCM processes, optimizing workflows and enhancing operational efficiency.
- Conduct user training and create comprehensive documentation to support end-users and internal teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues, ensuring system stability and performance.
- Stay updated with the latest Dynamics 365 features and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant, with a focus on SCM modules.
- Proven expertise in implementing and customizing Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory, warehouse, and logistics management.
- Experience with system integration, data migration, and business process reengineering.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
