Responsibility
- Design, develop, and optimize autonomous AI agents using the Hermes Framework to solve complex, real-world problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI agents into scalable, production-ready systems.
- Research and implement advanced NLP, reinforcement learning, and multi-agent systems to enhance agent capabilities.
- Develop and maintain high-performance APIs and microservices to support AI agent interactions.
- Conduct performance benchmarking and iterative testing to ensure agent reliability, efficiency, and accuracy.
- Stay ahead of emerging AI trends and evaluate new tools/technologies for potential adoption.
- Document technical designs, workflows, and best practices for team alignment and knowledge sharing.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on autonomous agents, NLP, or conversational AI.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or LangChain.
- Hands-on experience with Hermes Framework or similar agent-based systems (e.g., AutoGen, CrewAI).
- Strong background in software engineering principles, including API development, cloud computing (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and evaluation metrics for agent performance.
- Familiarity with data pipelines, vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate), and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
