Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end onboarding of enterprise applications into SailPoint IdentityIQ, ensuring seamless integration and compliance with security policies.
- Design, configure, and optimize identity governance workflows, including access requests, approvals, and certifications.
- Collaborate with IT, security, and business teams to define and implement role-based access control (RBAC) and attribute-based access control (ABAC) models.
- Develop and maintain custom connectors, rules, and policies in SailPoint to automate identity lifecycle management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex IAM issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Conduct regular access reviews and audits to ensure compliance with SOX, GDPR, ISO 27001, and other regulatory standards.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior team members and stakeholders on IAM best practices.
- Document processes, procedures, and system configurations to ensure knowledge transfer and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ administration, with a focus on application onboarding and integrations.
- Proven expertise in identity governance, access management, and RBAC/ABAC implementations.
- Hands-on experience with SailPoint connectors, workflows, rules, and policies development.
- Strong understanding of LDAP, Active Directory, SCIM, REST APIs, and other identity protocols.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as SOX, GDPR, and ISO 27001.
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Java, JavaScript, PowerShell, Python) for automation and customization.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in fast-paced, agile environments.
- Certifications such as SailPoint Certified Identity Professional (SCIP) or CISSP, CISM are a plus.
- Fluency in English; ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
