Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end SAP SCM implementation projects, including blueprinting, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Optimize existing SAP SCM modules (e.g., MM, WM, PP, SD) to improve supply chain visibility, demand planning, and inventory management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Provide expert guidance on SAP best practices for procurement, logistics, and warehouse management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex SAP SCM issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum system performance.
- Develop and deliver training programs for end-users and internal teams on SAP SCM functionalities.
- Stay abreast of SAP updates and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions for continuous improvement.
- Prepare and present detailed reports and dashboards to track KPIs and demonstrate project impact.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, IT, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP SCM Consultant, with at least 2 full-cycle implementations.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP SCM modules (MM, WM, PP, SD, IBP) and integration with other SAP/ERP systems.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in English.
- Certification in SAP SCM (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate) is highly preferred.
- Experience working in multinational environments or with global supply chain projects is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate or work hybrid in Bali, Indonesia.
