Responsibility
- Lead full-cycle SAP FICO implementations, from blueprinting to go-live and post-implementation support.
- Configure and customize SAP FICO modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Controlling, Asset Accounting) to align with client requirements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate financial process needs into technical SAP solutions.
- Develop and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs using SAP tools (e.g., SAP Analytics Cloud, Fiori).
- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP FICO-related issues, ensuring system stability and data integrity.
- Conduct user training and change management sessions to drive adoption and maximize ROI.
- Stay updated on SAP best practices, new features (e.g., S/4HANA), and industry trends to recommend improvements.
- Document processes, configurations, and test cases for compliance and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- 2–7 years of experience as an SAP FICO Consultant, with at least 2 full-cycle implementations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related fields; SAP certification (e.g., SAP FICO) is a plus.
- Deep expertise in SAP ECC or S/4HANA FICO modules (GL, AP, AR, CO, AA, Bank Accounting).
- Proven ability to map business processes to SAP solutions and write functional specifications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and experience with SAP debugging tools (e.g., ST22, SM13).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English (written and verbal).
- Familiarity with integration points between FICO and other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP).
- Willingness to travel occasionally to client sites across Indonesia.
