Responsibility
- Lead and manage the IT department, including infrastructure, networks, and systems to ensure high availability and performance.
- Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business goals to drive digital transformation and operational efficiency.
- Oversee cybersecurity measures, data protection, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and procurement of hardware/software to optimize cost and performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify technology needs and deliver scalable IT solutions.
- Monitor and evaluate emerging technologies to recommend innovations that enhance business processes.
- Ensure IT policies, procedures, and best practices are documented and followed across the organization.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and training to the IT team to foster professional growth and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT management, with a proven track record in leading IT infrastructure projects.
- Strong expertise in network administration, cloud computing (AWS/Azure), cybersecurity, and IT governance.
- Experience with ITIL, ISO 27001, or other relevant frameworks is highly desirable.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage teams and stakeholders effectively.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum) and IT service management tools.
- Ability to analyze complex technical issues and implement strategic solutions.
- Fluency in English; Indonesian language skills are a plus.
