Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a diverse IT team, including Software Developers, Infrastructure Engineers, Data Center Specialists, and ERP Consultants, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive IT strategy that aligns with business objectives, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency across all systems.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise-level IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud solutions.
- Drive the adoption of ERP systems and other business applications to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
- Ensure data security and compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR) while mitigating cybersecurity risks.
- Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and procurement processes to optimize cost-effectiveness and ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technology gaps and deliver innovative solutions that support business growth.
- Monitor emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending strategic investments to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; MBA or advanced certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, CISSP) are a plus.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive IT leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a Director/General Manager IT role.
- Proven expertise in managing large-scale IT teams and complex infrastructure projects in a retail or enterprise environment.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and cybersecurity frameworks.
- Exceptional strategic planning, budgeting, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with data center operations, network architecture, and DevOps practices.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to drive digital transformation and deliver measurable business impact through technology.
