Responsibility
- Oversee and manage the IT ticketing system to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems.
- Lead and mentor the IT support team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT strategies with business objectives.
- Ensure the availability and performance of IT systems through proactive monitoring and maintenance.
- Manage vendor relationships and IT procurement processes.
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to enhance system security and compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in IT supervision or a similar leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and system administration.
- Experience with IT ticketing systems and monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix, Nagios).
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Certifications in ITIL, CCNA, or similar are a plus.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is preferred.
