Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Oracle Fusion ERP modules (e.g., Financials, SCM, HCM, Procurement).
- Drive cross-functional integration between ERP systems and other business applications (e.g., CRM, BI tools) to ensure data consistency and workflow automation.
- Optimize ERP processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance user adoption across departments.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver scalable ERP enhancements.
- Develop and enforce ERP governance policies, security protocols, and compliance standards (e.g., SOX, GDPR).
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with vendors for upgrades or patches.
- Train and mentor end-users, creating documentation and conducting workshops to maximize ERP utilization.
- Stay ahead of Oracle Fusion updates and industry trends to recommend innovative improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as an ERP Manager or similar role, with 3+ years specializing in Oracle Fusion.
- Proven track record of leading ERP implementations, integrations, or migrations in a large-scale enterprise environment.
- Deep understanding of ERP modules (Financials, SCM, HCM) and their interdependencies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to bridge IT and business teams.
- Certifications in Oracle Fusion (e.g., Oracle Cloud ERP Certification) are highly preferred.
- Experience in the healthcare, tech, or e-commerce industries is a significant advantage.
