Responsibility
- Assist in the collection, cleaning, and organization of structured and unstructured data from various sources.
- Support the maintenance and optimization of databases to ensure accuracy, integrity, and accessibility.
- Generate regular reports and data visualizations to aid decision-making for cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to implement data management best practices and workflows.
- Conduct basic data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and insights for process improvements.
- Assist in the development and testing of data entry systems and automation tools.
- Document data processes, methodologies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Stay updated on industry trends in data management and building technology to contribute innovative ideas.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Basic knowledge of SQL, Excel, or other data management tools (e.g., Python, R, or Power BI is a plus).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Familiarity with database systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) or cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) is advantageous.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-evolving tech environment.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Indonesian is a bonus.
- Prior internship or project experience in data entry, analysis, or IT support is preferred.
