Responsibility
- Design, configure, and implement Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) solutions, including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Mobile Studio.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and functional designs for marketing automation workflows.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements, conduct gap analyses, and propose scalable solutions.
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and performance of SFMC implementations.
- Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring smooth adoption of marketing automation tools.
- Optimize existing SFMC configurations to improve efficiency, deliverability, and ROI.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce Marketing Cloud features, best practices, and industry trends.
- Document processes, configurations, and user guides for knowledge sharing and compliance.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Functional Consultant or similar role.
- Proven expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Contact Builder.
- Strong understanding of marketing automation concepts, customer journey mapping, and data-driven marketing strategies.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM integration (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) and third-party tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
- Familiarity with SQL, AMPscript, or SSJS for advanced SFMC customizations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in English.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (e.g., Email Specialist, Consultant) are a plus.
- Experience working in a consulting environment or with global clients is highly desirable.
