Responsibility
- Develop and customize Power Apps to meet business requirements, ensuring seamless user experiences.
- Design and implement Power Automate flows to automate repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency.
- Create and maintain SharePoint sites, lists, and libraries with proper permissions and metadata structures.
- Build interactive Power BI dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with business analysts and end-users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing Power Platform and SharePoint applications.
- Stay updated with the latest Microsoft Power Platform features and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
- Document technical processes, configurations, and user guides for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and SharePoint Online.
- Proficiency in DATVERSE, Power Query, and SharePoint Framework (SPFx) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, or C# for customizations is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, OneDrive, Azure AD) and integration capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills in English to collaborate with global teams.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
