Responsibility
- Design, develop, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Components, and Flows to meet business requirements.
- Configure and customize Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud to enhance user adoption and functionality.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools).
- Optimize Salesforce performance through code reviews, debugging, and best practices in governor limits and bulk processing.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and scalable solutions.
- Automate business processes using Process Builder, Flow, and Workflow Rules to improve efficiency.
- Conduct unit testing, UAT support, and deployment using Salesforce DX, Copado, or Gearset.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers and admins, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer with a focus on Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
- Proficient in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, Informatica, or custom middleware).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and security settings (sharing rules, permission sets, etc.).
- Certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II or Sales/Service Cloud Consultant are a plus.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control tools (Git, Salesforce DX).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to liaise with global teams and clients.
