Responsibility
- Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications
- Optimize and maintain existing Salesforce implementations to improve performance and user experience
- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs
- Create and maintain technical documentation for all Salesforce customizations and integrations
- Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers to ensure best practices and code quality
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in Salesforce environments
- Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and new features to recommend innovative solutions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with a strong portfolio of completed projects
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II (or equivalent experience)
- Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or Service Cloud is a plus
- Strong understanding of Salesforce governor limits and best practices for scalable solutions
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal)
