Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Salesforce solutions specifically within the Communications Cloud/Vlocity framework.
- Lead end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical best practices.
- Collaborate with business analysts and product owners to translate complex business requirements into scalable Salesforce architecture.
- Perform comprehensive code reviews, provide technical mentorship to junior developers, and enforce development standards.
- Optimize existing Salesforce environments to improve system performance, data integrity, and user experience.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Develop custom integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 4-6 years of professional experience as a Salesforce Developer.
- Proven expertise in Salesforce Communications Cloud (Vlocity) development, including DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and OmniStudio components.
- Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience with Salesforce Configuration, including Flows, Validation Rules, and Security Models.
- Active Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, Industries CPQ Developer) are highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Ability to work effectively in a contract-based, agile project environment.
