Reporting directly to the Senior Sales Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic decision-making by collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Sales Operations, Commercial, Product Analytics, and beyond.

In this high-impact role, you will leverage data-driven insights to optimize sales processes, enhance operational efficiency, and contribute to revenue growth. Your analytical expertise will be instrumental in identifying trends, forecasting performance, and implementing scalable solutions to support business objectives.

Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain sales performance dashboards and reports to track KPIs, trends, and business metrics.
  • Collaborate with Commercial and Product teams to align sales strategies with market demands and product roadmaps.
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and revenue growth.
  • Automate and optimize sales workflows using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and advanced Excel/BI tools.
  • Support territory planning, quota setting, and incentive program design to drive sales team performance.
  • Partner with Finance and Operations to ensure accurate forecasting, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Lead cross-functional projects to implement new tools, systems, or methodologies that enhance sales productivity.
  • Provide ad-hoc analytical support to senior leadership for strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Analytics, or Revenue Operations.
  • Proficient in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and SQL/Python for data extraction and analysis.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Proven track record of process improvement and driving operational efficiencies in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus.
