Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to maximize hotel revenue across all segments, including corporate, leisure, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, travel agencies, tour operators, and corporate clients to drive repeat business.
- Lead the sales team in achieving and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights to refine sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotions, packages, and campaigns that enhance brand visibility and demand.
- Negotiate contracts and rate agreements with clients, ensuring profitability while maintaining competitive pricing.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing actionable reports to senior management.
- Represent Swan Garden Hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to expand our market presence.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field. Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales within the hospitality industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a luxury hotel or resort setting.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CRM software, revenue management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Deep understanding of the Bali tourism market, including key source markets and seasonal trends.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese) are advantageous.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
