Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets in the aesthetic industry.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team to ensure consistent performance and growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and industry stakeholders.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, market trends, and competitive insights.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create impactful campaigns and promotions that drive brand awareness and sales.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to optimize strategies.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the aesthetic, beauty, or wellness industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal) with exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in team management, coaching, and development.
- Deep understanding of the aesthetic industry, including product knowledge, market dynamics, and customer needs.
- Proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
