Responsibility

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to penetrate the hospitality market and drive adoption of the ARIEL platform.
  • Manage the entire end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery calls to complex contract negotiations and closing.
  • Build and nurture long-term strategic relationships with C-level executives, hotel owners, and property management groups.
  • Conduct high-impact product demonstrations and presentations tailored to the specific operational needs of potential clients.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to provide feedback on market trends and contribute to the refinement of our service offerings.
  • Represent YML Group at international trade shows, industry conferences, and networking events to build brand authority.
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets through proactive pipeline management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably within SaaS, hospitality technology, or high-end hotel operations.
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex sales cycles and closing enterprise-level deals.
  • Strong technical aptitude and the ability to articulate the benefits of AI and automation to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a strong command of the English language.
  • Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
  • Proven ability to adapt to a global market and manage international client communication.
