Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets for electrical consumables (LED, LCD cables, robotic machinery, etc.).
- Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities with contractors, distributors, and end-users across Bali’s commercial, residential, and industrial sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, providing technical expertise and tailored solutions to meet their electrical product needs.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the electrical consumables space.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, and customer support) to ensure seamless order fulfillment and client satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential and existing clients.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, market feedback, and customer insights to refine sales strategies.
- Represent Trust Recruit at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B or B2C sales, with a proven track record in selling electrical products, industrial components, or related technical goods.
- Strong understanding of electrical consumables, including LED lighting, cables, robotic machinery, or automation systems (prior experience in these areas is a plus).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory for candidates with extensive sales experience).
- Existing network of clients or distributors in Bali’s construction, hospitality, or industrial sectors is highly advantageous.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia for client meetings and industry events.
