Responsibility
- Lead and supervise daily store operations to ensure smooth functionality and adherence to company standards.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Mentor, train, and inspire a team of sales associates to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with supply chain teams, and ensure product availability.
- Analyze sales performance data and provide actionable insights to improve store productivity.
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors and corporate teams.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, retail regulations, and health/safety standards.
- Drive customer engagement initiatives to enhance brand loyalty and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management or sales leadership roles.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving operational efficiency.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
