Responsibility

Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury retail sales, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong leadership abilities, with experience in mentoring and developing teams.
- In-depth knowledge of luxury fashion brands and current market trends.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Fluency in English; additional languages, particularly Indonesian or Mandarin, are a plus.
