Responsibility
- Client Consultation & Needs Analysis: Engage with corporate clients to understand their gifting objectives, budget constraints, and brand guidelines, then recommend bespoke solutions.
- Solution Design & Proposal Development: Create compelling, data-driven proposals for corporate gifts and GWP programs, including product selections, packaging, and logistics.
- Project Coordination: Oversee end-to-end execution of gifting campaigns, liaising with internal teams (design, procurement, logistics) and external vendors to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term partnerships with key accounts, anticipating needs and proactively offering value-added services.
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets by identifying upsell opportunities and expanding the client base in Bali’s corporate sector.
- Market & Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends in corporate gifting, GWP strategies, and luxury branding to position UDC Gifts as a market leader.
- Client Presentations & Pitches: Deliver persuasive presentations to stakeholders, showcasing UDC Gifts’ portfolio and demonstrating ROI for proposed solutions.
- Feedback & Continuous Improvement: Gather client feedback post-delivery to refine offerings and enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven Sales Experience: Minimum 5 years in B2B sales, corporate gifting, or promotional products, with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with luxury gifting, branded merchandise, or GWP solutions is highly advantageous.
- Client-Facing Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to engage C-suite and decision-makers.
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to analyze client needs and develop customized, high-impact gifting strategies that align with business goals.
- Project Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and proposals.
- Networking Aptitude: Existing connections in Bali’s corporate or hospitality sectors are a plus.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is beneficial.
