Responsibility
- Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end RPA solutions using UiPath to automate complex business processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze workflows, identify automation opportunities, and define process improvements.
- Develop reusable components, custom code (C#/VB.NET), and integrations with APIs, databases, and third-party applications.
- Optimize and maintain existing RPA bots, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Implement AI/ML models (e.g., document understanding, NLP) to enhance automation capabilities.
- Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and troubleshoot issues to ensure seamless deployment.
- Document technical specifications, process flows, and best practices for knowledge sharing.
- Stay updated with UiPathâs latest features and industry trends to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in UiPath development (certification preferred: UiPath RPA Associate/Developer).
- Proficiency in .NET (C#/VB.NET), SQL, and REST/SOAP APIs for custom integrations.
- Experience with AI/ML tools (UiPath AI Center, Document Understanding, or similar) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of RPA lifecycle (discovery, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and version control tools (e.g., Git).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex workflows.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with global teams.
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
