Responsibility
- Develop and maintain detailed Revit models for architectural, structural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems, with a focus on HVAC components.
- Create accurate shop drawings, construction documents, and as-built drawings using Revit and AutoCAD.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design intent is accurately reflected in all deliverables.
- Perform clash detection and coordination between disciplines using Revit’s BIM 360 or Navisworks.
- Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and redlines to incorporate changes into models.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior drafters and team members.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (ASHRAE, SMACNA, local codes) and project-specific requirements.
- Optimize Revit families and templates to improve efficiency and consistency across projects.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Revit Drafter, with at least 3 years specializing in HVAC systems.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (2020 or later) and AutoCAD; experience with BIM 360, Navisworks, or similar tools is a plus.
- Strong understanding of HVAC design principles, ductwork layouts, and mechanical system integration.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Experience working on commercial, residential, or industrial projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities to liaise with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with local building codes and standards in Indonesia is advantageous.
