Responsibility
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on ASICS products, ensuring a personalized shopping experience.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive selling, product knowledge, and upselling techniques.
- Maintain a visually appealing and organized store, including merchandising, stock replenishment, and inventory management.
- Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on the benefits and features of ASICS footwear and apparel.
- Handle cash transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Collaborate with the store team to plan and execute promotions, events, and sales strategies to drive foot traffic and revenue.
- Stay updated on new product launches, trends, and industry developments to provide expert recommendations.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues professionally and promptly to ensure satisfaction and brand loyalty.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in retail sales, preferably in sportswear, footwear, or a luxury/fashion environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and delivering outstanding customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with diverse customers.
- Passion for sports, fitness, or the ASICS brand with a desire to stay informed about product innovations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, to meet store operational needs.
- Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management, and basic computer applications.
- Fluent in English; additional fluency in Indonesian or other languages is a plus.
- Self-motivated, team-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
