You will play a pivotal role in mentoring junior staff, maintaining high visual merchandising standards, and ensuring every guest experiences the world-class service our brand is known for.
Responsibility
- Drive sales performance by proactively engaging with customers and providing expert product knowledge.
- Deliver an exceptional shopping experience that builds brand loyalty and customer retention.
- Assist in the daily operations of the store, including inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Execute visual merchandising standards to ensure the store reflects the brand's premium image.
- Provide mentorship and on-the-floor guidance to junior team members to foster a high-performance culture.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and escalations with professionalism and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe retail environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in footwear or premium consumer goods.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate fluently in English and Malay.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding individual and team sales targets.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for fashion and lifestyle trends.
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic retail management software.
- A proactive, positive attitude and the ability to work well within a dynamic team.
