Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service to students, tourists, and faculty, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Manage daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and POS transactions.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking, organizing, and restocking university-themed souvenirs and merchandise.
- Process sales, refunds, and exchanges accurately while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Collaborate with the team to create visually appealing displays to attract customers and boost sales.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with a solution-oriented approach.
- Monitor sales trends and provide feedback to management on popular or slow-moving items.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and compliant with company standards and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience (preferably in a customer-facing role).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet store demands.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management tools.
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.

- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in business or retail is advantageous.
