Responsibility
- Provide high-quality medical care to patients in your specialty, adhering to international clinical standards and best practices.
- Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions, ensuring accurate and timely patient assessments.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including nurses, specialists, and allied health professionals, to deliver comprehensive patient care.
- Supervise and mentor junior physicians, residents, and medical students, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Participate in clinical rounds, case discussions, and medical audits to maintain and improve healthcare quality.
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans, ensuring alignment with local and international medical guidelines.
- Engage in community outreach programs, health education initiatives, and public health campaigns to promote wellness and disease prevention.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations and data protection laws.
Qualifications
- Medical degree (MD, MBBS, or equivalent) from an accredited institution, with full registration to practice in Indonesia or eligibility for licensure.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of post-residency experience in your specialty (e.g., Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Pediatrics, OB/GYN).
- Board certification or equivalent qualification in your specialty (preferred but not mandatory for Resident Physicians).
- Proven clinical expertise in diagnosing and managing complex medical conditions within your discipline.
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Commitment to patient-centered care, ethical medical practices, and continuous professional development.
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and digital healthcare tools is advantageous.
