Responsibility
- Design, develop, and optimize AI/ML models for automated product inspection and defect detection.
- Implement computer vision algorithms to enhance real-time quality control systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing manufacturing workflows.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of intelligent verification systems to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Research and prototype emerging technologies (e.g., deep learning, edge computing) for scalable industrial applications.
- Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Document technical specifications, methodologies, and results for stakeholders and publications.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives within the team.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML, computer vision, or industrial automation.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenCV, or similar tools for model development.
- Hands-on experience with image processing, sensor fusion, or real-time systems.
- Strong background in statistical analysis, data mining, or predictive modeling.
