Responsibility

  • Client Portfolio Management: Develop and maintain a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, providing tailored financial solutions to meet their investment, lending, and wealth preservation needs.
  • Financial Advisory: Offer expert advice on a range of financial products, including private banking, investment portfolios, insurance, and credit facilities.
  • Business Development: Identify and acquire new priority clients through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach in Bali’s premium market segments.
  • Relationship Nurturing: Build and sustain trust-based relationships with clients through regular engagement, personalized service, and proactive financial planning.
  • Cross-Selling Opportunities: Collaborate with internal teams to cross-sell banking products and services, maximizing client value and revenue growth.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all client interactions and transactions adhere to regulatory standards, internal policies, and anti-money laundering (AML) protocols.
  • Market & Trend Analysis: Stay abreast of economic trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to provide informed, strategic advice to clients.
  • Performance Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on portfolio performance, client satisfaction, and business metrics to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CFP) are a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in relationship management, private banking, or wealth management, with a proven track record of managing high-net-worth client portfolios.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of financial markets, investment products, and banking regulations in Indonesia and internationally.
  • Client-Facing Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
  • Sales Acumen: Strong ability to identify client needs, propose solutions, and close deals in a competitive environment.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems, financial analysis tools, and banking software.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is highly advantageous.
  • Soft Skills: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
