Are you a seasoned React Developer with a passion for building high-performance, scalable web applications? PROINTEGRATE CONSULTING is seeking a Senior React Developer to join our dynamic team in Bali, Indonesia (remote work options available).
In this role, you’ll leverage your expertise in React, TypeScript, and Redux to develop cutting-edge frontend solutions, optimize application performance, and mentor junior developers. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless user experiences while adhering to best practices in code quality and architecture.
This is a contract position offering competitive compensation (RM 7,000–9,000/month) and the opportunity to work on innovative projects in a flexible, tropical work environment.
Responsibility
- Develop and maintain high-quality React-based applications using modern frontend frameworks.
- Collaborate with backend teams to integrate RESTful and GraphQL APIs efficiently.
- Optimize frontend performance through code splitting, lazy loading, and state management (Redux, Context API).
- Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and maintainability.
- Mentor junior developers, providing guidance on React, TypeScript, and frontend architecture.
- Implement responsive and accessible UI/UX designs using CSS-in-JS, Tailwind, or Styled Components.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues across browsers and devices.
- Stay updated with emerging frontend technologies and advocate for their adoption.
Qualifications
- 5–8+ years of professional experience in React development.
- Proficiency in TypeScript, Redux, and modern state management solutions.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and backend integration.
- Experience with performance optimization (e.g., Web Vitals, bundle analysis).
- Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a remote team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
