Responsibility
- Perform high-quality diagnostic imaging procedures (X-rays, CT scans, MRIs, ultrasounds) with precision and adherence to safety protocols.
- Ensure patient comfort, safety, and confidentiality during all imaging processes, including proper positioning and radiation protection.
- Operate and maintain advanced radiography equipment, troubleshooting technical issues and coordinating repairs when necessary.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare teams to interpret imaging requests and provide accurate, timely results.
- Maintain detailed patient records and imaging data in compliance with clinical and regulatory standards (e.g., ALARA principles).
- Implement quality control measures to ensure imaging accuracy, including calibration checks and equipment performance evaluations.
- Train and mentor junior radiographers and support staff on best practices, safety protocols, and new technologies.
- Stay updated on emerging radiography techniques and industry advancements to enhance service delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Radiography, Medical Imaging, or a related field (accredited by a recognized institution).
- Valid professional certification (e.g., ARRT, HCPC, or equivalent) and licensure to practice in Indonesia (or eligibility to obtain).
- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience as a Radiographer, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
- Proven expertise in operating X-ray, CT, MRI, and ultrasound machines with a focus on patient safety and image quality.
- Strong knowledge of radiation safety protocols, infection control, and PPE usage in healthcare settings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and medical staff in a multicultural environment.
- Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced settings while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
