Join People Profilers as a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a prestigious LTA (Land Transport Authority) civil project with a leading A1 Main Contractor in Indonesia. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing costs, contracts, and financial aspects of large-scale civil engineering projects. Your expertise will ensure efficient budget allocation, risk mitigation, and compliance with industry standards. With a focus on LTA projects, you’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver world-class infrastructure solutions.

Responsibility
- Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for LTA civil projects.
- Conduct tender analysis, bid evaluations, and contract negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Monitor project expenditures and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Perform quantity takeoffs and prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for civil works.
- Assess and mitigate financial risks while ensuring compliance with LTA regulations.
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients to align financial and technical objectives.
- Prepare monthly cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and final accounts.
- Resolve contractual disputes and claims through negotiation and documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, with LTA project exposure preferred.
- Proven track record in cost control, tendering, and contract administration for civil works.
- Proficiency in quantity surveying software (e.g., Candy, WinQS, or Primavera).
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC, PWD, or LTA contract standards.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced construction environment.
- Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) is a plus.
