Responsibility
- Prepare and analyze cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for construction projects
- Manage project costs from inception to completion, ensuring optimal financial performance
- Conduct feasibility studies and value engineering to maximize project efficiency
- Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular cost forecasts and variance reports
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to optimize project outcomes
- Prepare and submit final accounts and project close-out documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quantity surveying for construction projects
- Proven track record in cost management for commercial or residential developments
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction regulations and standards
- Proficiency in cost estimating software (e.g., CostX, Buildsoft, or similar)
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Fluency in English; Bahasa Indonesia is a plus
