In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and execute test cases, identify defects, and drive continuous improvement in our QA processes. Your expertise in Agile methodologies, test planning, and defect management will be critical in delivering seamless, bug-free solutions to our clients.

Responsibility
- Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for web and API-based applications.
- Perform API testing using tools like Postman, RestAssured, or similar frameworks.
- Write and optimize SQL queries to validate database integrity and backend functionality.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using bug-tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to refine requirements and improve test coverage.
- Develop and maintain test automation scripts (e.g., Selenium, Appium, or custom frameworks).
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives).
- Drive quality improvement initiatives by analyzing test metrics and user feedback.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in QA engineering, with a focus on manual, API, and automation testing.
- Proficiency in SQL for database testing and validation.
- Hands-on experience with API testing tools (Postman, SoapUI, RestAssured).
- Familiarity with test automation frameworks (Selenium, Appium, Cypress, etc.).
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.
