In this role, you’ll design, develop, and execute automated test frameworks to ensure the highest quality of our marketing platforms. Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks using industry-standard tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Cypress, or Playwright).
- Create and execute automated test scripts for web and mobile applications to validate functionality, performance, and security.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to identify test requirements and prioritize testing efforts.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing and deployment.
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues efficiently.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and promote best practices in test automation and quality assurance.
- Stay updated with emerging trends in QA automation and recommend tools/technologies to enhance testing efficiency.
- Document test cases, automation scripts, and testing processes for knowledge sharing and compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 3 years focused on test automation.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or C# for test automation.
- Hands-on experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, JUnit, or similar).
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions) and version control systems (Git).
- Experience with API testing (Postman, RestAssured) and performance testing (JMeter, LoadRunner).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in identifying and reporting defects.
- Strong communication skills to articulate technical issues and collaborate effectively with global teams.
