In this role, you will play a pivotal part in sourcing high-quality egg products, negotiating with suppliers, and optimizing our supply chain to meet demand across Bali’s thriving hospitality and retail sectors. Your expertise will ensure cost-effective procurement while maintaining strong relationships with farmers, distributors, and key stakeholders.

Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic purchasing plans for egg procurement to meet business demands in Bali’s market.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers, farmers, and distributors to secure favorable terms, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Monitor market trends, supply availability, and pricing fluctuations in the egg industry to optimize procurement costs.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align purchasing strategies with customer demand and inventory needs.
- Ensure quality control standards are met for all purchased egg products, coordinating with QA teams as needed.
- Manage supplier relationships, resolving disputes and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Prepare and present procurement reports, including cost analyses, supplier performance, and risk assessments.
- Identify and evaluate new suppliers to diversify the supply chain and mitigate risks.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management, with at least 2 years in the egg or poultry industry.
- Proven track record in vendor negotiations, contract management, and cost optimization.
- Strong understanding of Bali’s agricultural and food distribution market (preferred).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to assess supplier performance and market conditions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, or procurement software.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
- Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Agriculture, or related fields (preferred).
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
