Join Helmsion Engineering as a Senior Project Planner and take the lead in orchestrating complex engineering projects in the dynamic landscape of Bali. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless project execution, from initial planning to final delivery, while maintaining strict adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
As part of our growing team, you will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including engineers, contractors, and clients, to develop comprehensive project schedules, allocate resources efficiently, and mitigate risks proactively. Your expertise in project management methodologies (e.g., CPM, PERT) and tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) will drive operational excellence and contribute to the successful completion of high-impact infrastructure and development projects across Bali’s most vibrant regions, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, and Nusa Dua.

Responsibility
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including timelines, milestones, and dependencies, using industry-standard software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
- Coordinate with engineering teams, contractors, and clients to align project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress in real-time, identifying bottlenecks and implementing corrective actions to ensure on-time delivery.
- Conduct risk assessments and contingency planning to mitigate potential delays or cost overruns.
- Prepare and present progress reports, Gantt charts, and KPI dashboards for senior management and stakeholders.
- Optimize resource allocation (labor, materials, equipment) to maximize efficiency and reduce waste.
- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards in all project phases.
- Facilitate cross-departmental communication to resolve conflicts and align priorities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project planning for engineering/construction projects, preferably in Southeast Asia.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar tools; familiarity with BIM is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (CPM, PERT, Agile) and construction best practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
