Responsibility
- Program Leadership: Direct and govern multiple U.S. healthcare projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary liaison between clients, internal teams, and external partners, aligning expectations and fostering transparent communication.
- Compliance Oversight: Ensure all projects adhere to U.S. healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, CMS) and internal policies, conducting regular audits and risk assessments.
- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in workflows, technology stacks, or operational procedures and implement data-driven improvements.
- Team Coordination: Lead cross-functional teams (IT, operations, legal) to harmonize efforts, resolve conflicts, and maintain project momentum.
- Reporting & Analytics: Develop and present comprehensive progress reports, KPIs, and ROI analyses to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Change Management: Drive organizational change initiatives, including system migrations, policy updates, or scalability planning.
- Vendor & Contract Negotiation: Evaluate and onboard third-party vendors, negotiating contracts to support project objectives.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 7+ years in project management, with at least 3 years specializing in U.S. healthcare programs (operations, IT, or compliance).
- Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification. Healthcare-specific certifications (e.g., CPHQ, CHC) are a plus.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of HIPAA, CMS, and other U.S. healthcare compliance frameworks.
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, MS Project) and healthcare IT systems (EHR, CRM).
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage remote, multicultural teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills to interpret complex healthcare data and trends.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for technical and non-technical audiences.
